Hey Paul, you are the biggest inspiration in my career as a personal trainer. I was wondering how (other than your raw success) convince your clients that they are making the right decision in trusting your methods. It has worked wonders for me, but I often get the silly face when trying to convince my clients that dairy and breads are not a necessity in a healthy diet without overexplaining the whole concept.
