Dear Robinson,
I'm glad you are finding these Absolute Essentials of Personal Training insightful. The simple things in life are usually the foundation of the complex issues and ideas. If we fall in love with complexity at the expense of simplicity, we tend to become unstable, fatigued, confused, acquire pains and that should be seen as an impetus for healthy "redirection"!
Much chi,
Paul Chek
