Adam Wolf earned a Master’s of Science Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Physical Therapy from George Washington University. He also holds a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas. With over 12 years experience in the fitness and rehabilitation industries, he currently is the director of an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Chicago. Adam is full body certified in Active Release Technique (ART), a soft tissue management system for scar tissue, adhesions and peripheral nerve entrapment removal, and he specializes in Applied Biomechanics. He regularly leads workshops for fitness and rehabilitation professionals and is part of the educational faculty at Chicago’s New School for Massage, Bodywork and Healing.

In addition to pursuing a Massage Therapy License, he is working towards his Fellowship of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute and hopes to continue integrating his passion for movement and bodywork.
