Love the easy terminology. Have a question for you. I am a sprint coach and personal trainer. We watch a lot of film during our sprint sessions. I have noticed a lot of younger athletes "putting that cigarette out" during acceleration. Can a lot of this walking gait analysis be compared with stride analysis in sprinting?
