In the video you say that if one has never done breath work before to not jump directly to this. So, what should someone who hasn't done breath work before do to work up to this level?

really interesting topic as far as me never really been a great long distance runner , probably related to that breathing quality.which device do you show in the video? which brand ? and what would u personally recommend ? i want to try it out for myself

Dr Cobb Really love all your ideas..Going out side the box thinking.
I have a few athletes that i work with that are very skeptical of anything that did not come gold standard study
do you have a link to the studies I can refer to.
