It is tremendously inspirational and encouraging to hear from such a respected trainer who is so committed to empowering people to find their own reasons to look after themselves, and who has achieved such levels of success. If I have understood Annette right, I believe I am of the same mindset (although far less developed) – as a trainer I want my clients to tell me their solutions to being more active and healthier, then I can bring the fitness expertise and work with them to make that happen. Coaching is a skill set that most clearly helps the fitness and nutrition side be more effective. Another example of how PT on the Net somehow provide just what you need to hear, right when you need to hear it. Spooky - but brilliant! :0) Reply Buffey, Walter | 20 Jun 2009, 16:12 PM The background noise doing this interview was so loud that I could not hear what was being said. Reply Back to top
