Learn why and how you would incorporate suspension training, kettlebell training, stability ball training and battling ropes training into your training practice.

The course provides a comprehensive overview of some of the most utilized pieces of functional training equipment and includes the “why” and “how” behind properly implementing them into your exercise programming. Suspension training, kettlebell training, stability ball training and battling ropes training are the focus of this curriculum.

Exam Objectives:

  • Learn why and how you would incorporate suspension trainers into your training practice.
  • Learn why and how you would incorporate kettlebells into your training practice.
  • Learn why and how you would incorporate stability balls into your training practice.
  • Learn why and how you would incorporate battling ropes into your training practice.
