This exam will allow you to:
- Understand the lumbar spine biomechanics in relation to stretching and exercise.
- Examine relevant research and new ideas regarding endurance training and progression.
- Understand what may be causing your clients' anterior knee pain and what you can do to help.
- Investigate the notion of muscle balance and what it means for a fitness trainer.
- Understand “metabolism syndrome X” and how/what you can do to help and educate your client.
