Gary (James) Crozier is a former representative in Rugby, Basketball, Cricket and Soccer. Having traveled extensively in his 14 years in the industry, he has been able to study and work with some of the best minds in the fields of sports performance and exercise rehabilitation. James lectures to personal trainers as well as running corporate health seminars across Australia. He is a director of a high performance sports and injury clinic on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, home to many of Australia’s elite athletes. Having rehabilitated himself from several serious accidents and surgeries including a full facial reconstruction, James draws from personal experience to work with injury rehabilitation and chronic pain today. He has a strong background in athletic performance working with a number of elite athletes. James has diplomas in Exercise Science, Nutrition and Massage is a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and has studied at the C.H.E.K Institute.
