I love this article! As a chiropractor, I tell my patients about this material all the time, but other trainers tell them "no, no, you have to do it like this". Because it feels different to my clients, they question me at times. I am going to print this article and pass it around to everyone I have ever told this to, and to every trainer who has doubted it. I have the original articles from journal of strength and conditioning, and dynamic medicine to support this article. I also have text book information that backs it further. It is refreshing to see some truth written in reference to exercising for the abdominals.
