I am confused by picture C, "Hip Extenstion Against Resistance." The left leg is performing hip flexion, it appears. If the tube was anchored in front of the body there would be resistance upon hip extension. The way this picture looks, one might be tranining core muscles if the tube was wrapped around the lower torso when one leg was lifted. Could the author or another reader explain the intent of this exercise/picture?
