This was a great read. I am looking to incorporate a variety of these variables within my group training classes. I feel that this is a great baseline for building a solid foundation of health and fitness throughout the group concept. Thank You

There is a fifth option for training couples you did not mention. That is fun partner exercises that incorporate them both. I.E. Standing on a bosu and tossing a medicine ball back and forth, or standing back to back passing a medicine ball to each other using the obliques.
