I LOVE this article! It gives a clear understanding of how lactate works, BUT if lactate doesn't cause fatigue, it isn't a burning feeling nor does it cause muscle soreness what DOES it feel like? Do we measure it simply by % of HR max? When we're in the thick of training what does it FEEL like?
