Hello Bryce,

I have L5S1 disc pressing against nerve on the right and L4 tear on the left side causing pain in glutes, IT band, knee and foot. I have go to PT and she taught me McKenzie exercises followed by with three or four strengthening excercises. I also have alot of hypermobility in my feet, told that I needed fusion of the bones in my feet, but second opinion orthopedic said no to fusioning. My feet are so dysfunctional and painful, unfortunately I only wear OOFOS sandals due to the pain in my feet. Between the disc problems and feet, I just can't seem to find a PT to help with everything. I try to strengthen my feet, but it hurts more, don't know if it is coming from my back or dysfunctional feet. I was diagnosed with EDS hypermobility. I need strengthing my core, back, hips and feet, where do I start? I am in alot of pain.
