I have been a KM practitioner for nearly 10 years now. Your points about circuit training and methodology are sound, but I would be careful about endorsing Moni right now. He is currently embroiled in some legal actions concerning the authenticity of his KM training.

KMW or Alliance for authentic training in the US.

In my humble opinion, I believe some of the best Krav Maga being taught out there is through Krav Maga Worldwide and Krav Maga Alliance. They are the real deal.
