I will be attending a PACE course or Postural Assessment and Corrective Exercise Course.
Recently I was informed that when clients complain of a knee injury; then usually it is because the knee or hip is having to compensate for movement in the STJ or the hip. Therefore this article is more than interesting for me to read. I shall be back to read more to improve my knowledge and learn. Thank you so much for such a good and informative read.
