Great Article! However, the real value comes from knowing how to apply this into a training comprehensive program which I'm not sure the article accomplishes. Acceleration, maximum speed and sped endurance are all being trained obviously but the question becomes, "all on the same day?" If not, then include a sample week or block of training. (e.g., 1-3 weeks)
