Teaching people how interconnected every aspect of their existance is, and how to use this to enhance well-being is an invaluable service and one that we are in desperate need of in modern times. quantum conciousness preceeds any physical manifestation. Keep doing what you're doing, Paul ! I must say that you were the spark for me to pursue my own personal evolution a few years back. I look at that as my first true day of "living" life. Looking forward to hearing the rest of this series.

Thank You Corey! It is my Dream that the Personal Training industry embrace the opportunity to really help people find and live their dreams in a healthy way. We are the only people left on the planet that make health and well-being our daily practice, and who spend 2-3 hours a week individually guiding people. When we consider that the average physician visit is six minutes, and that the average physician in no healthier than their patients...and they die an average of 10 years sooner than the average person, it is evident that society really needs healthy trainers NOW! Anyone that practices what I share here is sure to be richly rewarded in their own life, as well as becoming an authentic guide for others...AND GETTING PAID FOR IT!Love and chi, Paul Chek

I feel this is another stroke of genius from Paul Chek, who has distilled much of his personal and professional experiences resulting with this, "Essentials" series. Paul is living his legacy as well as sharing it with others to assist them in living theirs, with the wish that all of humanity live a legacy of good, beauty, and truth. - Corey Jung
