Dear Jose, Thank you for your lovely comment. I hope you enjoy the series. Sticking to "essentials" first allows us to build a solid foundation for our practice so that when it grows, it doesn't become a disruption in our life. Enjoy! Much chi, Paul Chek

Thanks Paul for this huge, valuable chunk of information! I have always admired and resonated with your work and philosophies. I think this stuff is issential for personal trainers/health care providers to learn and understand because, this not only provides us (the coaches) but our clients with the ability to see the bigger broader picture of why and how we go about reaching our goals and living our lives. I believe, the information your providing is the direction this industry is moving towards. As health professionals, we have to look at the whole person or larger picture! Intergrating the physical, spiritual, mental, energetic and environmental bodies into our teachings and practices can not only help our clients and thier personal goals. But this is something that we can use to even help ourselves and the evolution to a more positive/whole world..Thanks again!Phillip RishPersonal Trainer/PTN Contributor/Nutrition Consultant/Holistic Life CoachLIVIN'

Dear Phil, Thanks for your lovely, supportive comment! I hope you and all who choose to view and open their minds to the learning opportunities I've shared in the series enjoy it and practice what feels good to them. A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step - and the step we all need to take now to journey toward creating a professional, holistic network of legitimate coaches that can help people find health and well-being, not just get a six pack or emulate people with pictures on pill and powder bottles... Much chi, Paul Chek
