Terms and Conditions

 

1. Participants in the PTN Awards Program must be a current individual PTontheNET member OR a current trainer with a PTontheNET health club client.

2. Participants can be anywhere in the world but prizes that relate to workshops and other live events held in the United States of America will only be available to members in the US.

3. Winners of live events are responsible for their own travel arrangements. The stated prize is for a ticket to the event only.

4. Award Points are not transferable.

5. Purchases of education products, courses and live events must be paid via the PTontheNET web site to qualify for Awards points. If you go direct to the vendor for any of the above mentioned items, you will not receive Award points.

6. A trainer with a PTontheNET health club client who leaves that club, must re-join PTontheNet as an individual member within 3 months to retain the Awards points previously accrued to them. After 3 months your points will lapse.

7. If a member allows their membership to lapse, they will have 3 months to reinstate their membership to retain the Awards points previously accrued to them. After 3 months your points will lapse.

8. The Awards Prize draw will occur on December 15, 2008 and winners will be advised via email by December 31, 2008. Prizes will be shipped by January 15, 2009., unless notified otherwise.

9. A Member can only win one award prize each year.

10. The decision of PTontheNET is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Winners can only be awarded the prize they have been allocated and no alternative prize or cash substitute is available.

12. Prizes are not transferable.

13. Shipping of prizes will be arranged and paid for by the Awards Partner or PTontheNET

14. Winners are responsible for their own taxation liability in relation to a prize won by them (if any). It is PTontheNET understanding that a tax liability should not arise as the Awards prizes all relate to tax deductible costs, but it is the winner’s responsibility to investigate their own tax position. PTontheNet.com has no liability for any taxation costs in relation to prizes won.

15. PTontheNET is not responsible to a nominated winner if any Awards Partner cannot provide a prize for any reason. PTontheNet.com will attempt to find a replacement award of similar value, but is not responsible for doing so. PTontheNET has agreements with Awards Partners to provide the Awards Prizes set out in the PTN Awards Program.

16. At the end each awards year, a member’s Awards Level will only drop down one tier level within the Awards program, and start the new Awards year at that level. * A Silver Awards Level member will be become a Bronze Awards Level member * A Gold Awards Level member will be become a Silver Awards Level member * A Platinum Awards Level member will be become a Gold Awards Level member.
