After spending 6 years in specialist units of the armed forces, Phill Wright decided to pursue his passion for fitness and wellbeing. Initially stepping into the gym environment, Phill rapidly stepped into managing personal trainers on a regional level. Phill is a master trainer, functional therapist, referral consultant, power lifting coach and NLP Practitioner.
Jenny Gwynne has spent her life in sport. High level performance in hockey and synchronised swimming have had Jenny working with some of the best coaches around. She is a master trainer, nutritional therapist, master kettlebell instructor and NLP practitioner. Along with Phill, Jenny is the co-director of Creating Chaos.
