Annette Lang
I have been in the fitness industry since 1983; my master's degree in health education has helped me internalize the most important component of my job as a trainer: to make a connection with that person so they let me into their lives - literally, emotionally and internally.
I started full-time personal training in 1994 at Equinox in NY City, where I helped establish the way personal training is set up and run in health clubs today. I worked with Reebok University, meeting people all over the world in their efforts to bring fitness to the consumer.
I currently average 15 private personal training sessions per week in NY City, and teach education programs for personal trainers. I am consistently teaching at numerous health clubs around the country, as well as presenting at major health clubs and fitness conferences.
