- Assume an Unloaded position to begin this movement (With footprint to the Posterior-Lateral position relative to ViPR - as shown)
- It is a good idea to have the individual perform the motion ‘unloaded’ (i.e. without the ViPR) prior to ‘loaded’ so that the quality of motion can be assessed (movement should come mostly from the ankle and hips - NOT the lumbar segments)
- It is important to pre-determine the Range of Motion and remain consistent throughout the exercise
