I wanted to get everyone's take on muscular inhibition and muscle activation. I'm specifically looking for more information on the LPHC and how it affects everything up and down the kinetic chain. For now I wanted to keep the topic more general but I can certainly make it more specific if need be based on responses. I also wanted to ask about the ideas about training activation in isolation vs training full movement patters - ie training the psoas/glutes alone by bridging modifations vs an overhead squat.
