I recently had a new client sign up that has little and I mean, little, experience exercising.She actually loathes exercise. Ha. She is 39 years old. Only about 10 lbs over weight. But very weak. I don't even know where to begin. I do not want to overwhelm her, but I also do not want her to think it is a waste of money to have a trainer. Any thoughts from you well experienced trainers? I am still pretty new to this.
