Hi Guys,Hoping someone can shed some light on this for me: I have 2 very different clients at the moment, one who is on a weight loss programme and another who wants to increase muscle mass and definition. I would like to know if there is a difference in protein powders and any recommendations as to which ones are best for the 2 listed clients. I have used protein myself but literally just picked up what my local gym had on the shelf and have never really researched it before. Also should these shakes be meal replacement or with a full diet plan ??VERY CONFUSED.
