Quad Pain
Hi, i have two clients in my group fitness class that are reasonably new to the active lifestyle... they are experiencing a sharp pain in their Quads starting at their knee and up to their hip area.. I have given them a range of stretches to do, Quad stretch, Hip Flexor and also stretching of the hamstrings and groin. The main pain is associated with running and lunges. Both can squat with minimal pain... Being a new PT this is all a learning curve for me. Am i doing something wrong for 2 clients to have the same pain? have i instructed them to do the correct stretching? Thanks in advance.

Health and Injury prevention tracking and monitoring Programming
Does anyone know of a program that could be used in a university setting to help our injury prevention tracking and monitoring as well as accessing an exercise library to use at the Circus Arts University where I teach? We're trying to have an all in one program that is accessible to our students/clients to be able to design programs for them and for which they must log in with their own individual access code and for which they must report their progress. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Jesse P.S. I work and live in Holland

Stretching??? Before or After
I have been told by a variety of fitness professionals, personal trainers, and others that stretching before a workout is not the right thing to do. I was told that a good warm up is very good for the body for many physiological reasons. Can someone outthere please clear this up
