Integrated training progressions are sequences of movements that ask your client’s body to move in normal and functional patterns. They include squats, lunges, pulling, pushing movements along with rotation. These progressions are sometimes left out of traditional “weight lifting” routines. This video will show you step by step how to set them up and use them with your clients. You will see the client doing individual movements, and then see how Annette builds one move upon the other, to where the challenges are endless, fun and effective.
