This DVD is perfect to learn a full body core workout for yourself, your client or a group class. You will challenge the core in all positions, using the limbs and gravity as resistance. You can also use any individual exercise as part of your personal training program. The workout starts by standing and then moving across the floor in various lunge patterns with a weight or medicine ball, working along three planes of motion. You then will see many exercises, either using the core as a stabilizer to bigger movements, or specifically challenging core integrity. The workout moves to quadruped, then prone and supine on the floor, incorporating more traditional core exercises.
