What is MOVE?

• MOVE is a cutting edge process that eliminates the guesswork of appraisal and exercise selection, allowing you to provide each member/client with an individualized road map that will take them from where they are now to where they aspire to be.  

• MOVE utilizes appraisals in all three planes at key areas of the body (ankle complex, hip complex and thoracic spine) in order to identify signs of instability, weakness and immobility.

• MOVE then provides you with simple strategies to restore any of those factors with movements that will result in healthier joints and better movement.

• Using MOVE at the beginning of each training session becomes an innovative experience where the member, not the product, becomes the focus of attention.
