This exam will allow you to: 

  • Understand the lumbar spine biomechanics in relation to stretching and exercise.
  • Examine relevant research and new ideas regarding endurance training and progression.
  • Understand what may be causing your clients' anterior knee pain and what you can do to help.
  • Investigate the notion of muscle balance and what it means for a fitness trainer.
  • Understand “metabolism syndrome X” and how/what you can do to help and educate your client.
