Thank you for writing this article. I enjoyed the short story format because it was so easy to read and understand. I will print this out to share with our Fitness Center members. I hope they will gain as much from it as I did!

WOW! Fun to read. I like the reference to the greatest known scientist that people would listen to. Hopefully our society, or better yet WORLD, will begin to take heed and follow in the path to correcting our unhealthy ways. Cannot wait for the movie, Food Inc. to come out this summer.
