Hello I've been a fan of PT on the net for two years now, and I have been working in the field as a certified personal trainer for 8 years. I want take a minute to praise the author of this article for presenting the information in very learner friendly manor. The information was clearly written by an educated person... at the same time it doesn't assume that all trainers are doctors either. So many articles on PT on the net come off more like pages out of textbook and are difficult to digest on the fly while inbetween clients at work. This article was one of the exceptions! Thank you, Mr. Cook:)
